Quality-first, people-driven delivery

I started my career in quality control — writing test plans, hunting bugs and shipping mobile apps for airlines. That habit of asking "what could go wrong?" never left.

Over time I moved into project leadership and business analysis: scoping projects, eliciting requirements, writing use cases and user stories, and keeping engineering, QA and stakeholders moving in the same direction.

Today I manage production and end-to-end delivery for HELEN — a school interactive platform — owning timelines, quality and resource alignment across products like Access Control, EdPay and the Parent Portal.
